Tom Goetschius is considered by his clients as the most valued sales and marketing consultant in the fractional/private residence club segment of the resort development industry.  He holds the prestigious “Registered Resort Professional” designation from ARDA.  His  25-year career in the resort industry has provided him with successful hands on experience with everything from salesperson to sales manager and project director. He has also served as corporate vice president or director in charge of training and personnel development for industry giants Orange Lake Country Club, Fairfield Communities, Cooper Communities and the Hilton Grand Vacations Company.

He started his consulting company, Tom Goetschius Associates, in 1995 and has served a client list including the most prestigious names in the fractional/PRC business. He has worked on over 60 projects in the Western Hemisphere and Europe and is currently involved with projects in Michigan and Costa Rica.
