Scott serves as the vice president of the residential division of Dahlgren Duck & Associates of Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for the overall success of the Division including sales & marketing, administration, and warehouse operations. Because of his knowledge and reputation in the industry, he often speaks at industry functions, on various sales and operations models of the shared ownership market, both domestic and international. Dahlgren Duck, founded in 1983, is a special markets company, representing over 400 of the most significant high end manufacturers of luxury household goods: china, crystal, silverware, linens, house wares, and more. It is now the leading supplier of luxury OS&E goods for destination clubs, fractional resorts and private residence clubs.  In addition, they now partner with the majority of the top developers providing product research, product procurement, warehousing, domestic and international freight forwarding and customs clearance.
