Sarah Rezak is founder of Rezak Resort Consulting, an international resort consulting and market research firm.  She has conducted over 400 consulting assignments for resort developments in most U.S. states and 24 countries. Sarah is also business development director for LaTour Hotels and Resorts. She began her career at Ragatz Associates in 1997, beginning their annual intensive study of the fractional interest and destination club industries and the creation of the firm’s annual Fractional Interest Conference. Leaving in 2004, Sarah continued consulting while pursuing a MBA. In 2006, she became a full-time consultant to Intrawest, as MD of Storied Places. In 2008, she transitioned Storied Places’ property management to Fairmont Heritage Place, managing all aspects of the transition.
