Franklin has worked for a multinational company and a holding company, as well as for companies in the hospitality, tourism and real estate industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a specialization in Hotel Management (Cornell University), and Tourism Development (GWU). In addition, he has a MBA in Management (FGV - Brazil). Currently, Franklin works as the business and marketing director at Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias in Brazil. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the revised Master Plan for a 3,200 acre development and he leads the rapport with the unit trust. In addition, he works with international investors to develop viability studies in order to create business partnerships in the area of real estate investments and development.
