Elaine Joli is an independent management consultant, providing marketing, sales and product development consultation for developers of mixed use, fractional, private residence club and planned communities. She has worked with top developers in Canada and the US for the past 17 years, including one of the largest ski resort developers in North America. Elaine directed the marketing and sales strategies for the first phase of largest master planned community in the United States, (93,000 acres developed by Kennecott Land) and has worked on residential, private residence club and fractional projects in Utah, Colorado, Arkansas, Nevada, and British Columbia.  She is currently working on a 10,000 acre master planned community development in South Central Vietnam. Elaine was a speaker and moderator at the 2010 ARDA Conference in Las Vegas and is author of “Vacation Nation:  The Complete Guide to Timeshare, Private Residence Clubs, Fractionals and Destination Clubs,” the first book published on the shared ownership/use industry.
