David graduated from Cornell University’s esteemed School of Hotel Administration and his hospitality experience spans 43 years. The 19 residence oceanfront private residence club The Reefs Club in Bermuda opened in 2009.  David’s adjacent boutique hotel The Reefs was the #1 hotel in the Atlantic in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2010 Readers’ Choice Awards and his Nisbet Plantation in Nevis, West Indies was the #1 hotel in the Caribbean and Bermuda in  Travel + Leisure’s 2011 Top 500. David is the 2010 Caribbean Hotelier of the Year – the highest professional honor given by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association. David was a Member of Bermuda’s Parliament for 14 years and Minister of Tourism for three years.
