Ann is founding partner and president of Barker & Associates. She is a tireless advocate for building QA processes that are strategically sharp, unique in their marketplace, and that succeed in connecting with customers in meaningful ways. Prior to her current role, Ann was director of consumer insight for Starwood Vacation Ownership where she was responsible for "voice of the customer" research, business intelligence, quality assurance, brand compliance, and consumer affairs.

Ann began her career in the vacation ownership industry in 1994 with Global Resorts, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada where she served as Vice President of Business Development. The company was acquired by RCI in 1995 and became known as RCI Consulting. In 1998 she joined Ragatz Associates, where she served as vice president until July of 2005 when she joined Starwood Vacation Ownership. Ann's consulting experience has given her the opportunity to work with numerous domestic and international clients. She is an active member of ARDA and is currently serving as a member of the AIF Board. She achieved RRP designation in 1999.
